Cancellation Policy

Mobile Spray Tan Booking Policy: Thank you for choosing Bare It All Tan for your luxury mobile spray tanning session! To ensure the best experience, please review the following policies before booking: 1. Session Setup & Cleanup • Mobile spray tanning sessions include a full setup and breakdown, taking approximately 30 minutes. • You must accommodate a spray tanning tent with dimensions of 7 (height) x 4 (width) x 4 (depth). • I will leave your space as clean as I found it, taking care of all cleanup before I leave. 2. Appointment Scheduling • When booking online, you are requesting a time slot. This time is not guaranteed until manually approved. • You will receive a confirmation text once your appointment has been finalized. 3. Deposit Policy • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. • The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or rescheduling. • The remaining balance will be collected after the session is completed. 4. Additional Guests • Additional spray tan appointments cannot be added on the day of your scheduled session. If others would like to book, they must schedule separately. 5. Preparation Requirements • Ensure the designated space is clear and ready for setup upon arrival. This includes adequate lighting and access to a power outlet if needed. • Please follow our pre-tan prep guidelines (exfoliate, shave, avoid lotions/oils, etc.) for the best results. 6. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. However, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred to the new date. • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 7. Arrival & Accessibility • We ask that you ensure easy access to your home for the scheduled time. Any delays in accessibility may reduce the service time to stay on schedule. 8. Weather Policy • In the event of extreme weather or unsafe travel conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule your session. 9. Liability • Bare It All Tan is not responsible for damage caused to clothing, furniture, or belongings during or after your spray tan session.
